Important Information Before You Book
No Face Paint Policy
We operate a strict no face paint policy. Face paints permanently stain
inflatables and soft play, affecting appearance and hygiene for future customers.
We kindly ask that no face paint is used at any event where our inflatables or soft play are hired.
Delivery to Venues & Village Halls
Yes – we regularly deliver to venues and halls across Yorkshire, including
Leeds, Wakefield, Wetherby, Selby, Harrogate, Barnsley and surrounding areas.
Setup & collection timings:
- We require minimum 30 minutes before your party start time for setup
- We require minimum 30 minutes after your party end time to pack away
Example:
If your party runs from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, we require access from 1:30pm and until 4:30pm.
Earlier access is always appreciated where available.
Indoor Venue Height Restrictions
Many indoor venues have height restrictions. To make planning easier, we’ve created
dedicated Indoor Venue Directories showing exactly which inflatables fit each venue.
Power Requirements
This package requires standard UK mains power (2 x plug sockets).
Please let us know in advance if power access may be limited.
Home & Garden Deliveries
We deliver to homes across Yorkshire. Deliveries begin from 7:00am,
ensuring inflatables are set up before your event starts.
The maximum online booking duration is 8 hours.
Free collection times:
- Up to 7:00pm (April to end of September)
- Up to 5:30pm (October to end of February)
Multi-Day & Overnight Hire
Multi-day hire is available on request. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Overnight hire is available for £50. This guarantees the inflatable
remains at your property overnight, with collection the following morning.
Access is required from 7:00am for next-day collections.
Garden Space & Obstructions
Please ensure the setup area is clear of the following before delivery:
- Dog or cat waste
- Wheelie bins
- Swings, trampolines or climbing frames
- Large toys or furniture
- Overhanging trees or branches
If the area is not clear on arrival, we may be unable to safely set up the inflatable.
