1. Why do you have a strict ‘No Face Paint’ policy?

We have a strict no face paint policy because face paints permanently stain our inflatables and soft play, which impacts their appearance and hygiene for future customers. We kindly ask that no face paint is used at any event where our inflatables or soft play are hired.

3. Can you deliver to venues and halls?

Yes! We regularly deliver to venues and halls across Yorkshire, including Leeds, Wakefield, Wetherby, Selby, Harrogate, and Barnsley.

Delivery Details:

  • We require 30 minutes before your party starts to set up the inflatable(s).
  • We also need 30 minutes after your party ends to pack away.
Example:
  • If your party starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 4:00 PM, we would need access to the hall by 1:30 PM for setup and until 4:30 PM to pack away.
  • If you have access to the hall earlier or for longer, even better!

4. Can you deliver to homes?

Absolutely! We deliver to homes across Yorkshire with the following process:

  • Deliveries begin from 7:00 AM, ensuring all inflatables are set up before your event starts.
  • The maximum booking slot available on our website is 8 hours.
  • Our last free collections are at 7:00 PM.

Multi-Day Hire:

Want to hire an inflatable for more than one day? Multi-day hire is available on request. Contact us for details.

Can I hire inflatables overnight?

Yes! Overnight hire is available for an additional £50. This guarantees your inflatable will stay at your property overnight, with collection scheduled for the next morning. We require access from 7am for any next day collections and up to 10pm to collect our inflatables in.

5. What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our priority. If bad weather, such as strong winds or heavy rain, is forecasted, we may need to cancel the booking for safety reasons. We’ll keep in touch with you in the lead-up to your event to discuss options, including rescheduling or a refund.

Rain Covers:

All our inflatables come with built-in rain covers, leaving only the front step exposed during light showers. These covers are stitched securely into the side walls and rear wall for maximum protection.

Wind Safety:

Inflatables must not be operated in wind speeds exceeding 24mph, including gusts, as per the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines. We constantly monitor weather conditions to ensure compliance.


6. What should I do if my garden has obstructions?

To ensure a smooth setup process, please ensure the area is free from:

  • Dog & Cat waste
  • Wheelie bins
  • Swings, trampolines, or large toys | Climbing Frames
  • Overhanging trees or branches

If we arrive and the area is not clear, we may not be able to set up the inflatable.


7. I’m not sure what will fit in my garden. What should I do?

If you’re unsure whether an inflatable will fit in your garden:

  • Take a photo of your garden from a distance, ensuring the full space and boundaries are visible.

9. Do you offer team-building packages?

Yes! We have a dedicated category for team-building games, including obstacle courses, interactive challenges, and more. These are ideal for corporate events, schools, or community groups. View our team-building packages.

10. Can inflatables be set up on hard-standing surfaces?

Yes, we can set up inflatables on tarmac and concrete, provided we drill and bolt the inflatable securely.

Key Points:

  • Drilling and bolting meet all safety requirements set by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).
  • We cannot set up on block paving, slabs, or tiles, as these surfaces are not secure.

11. How far can cables extend from a UK mains power source?

Cables for UK mains power can safely extend up to 40 metres from the inflatable’s setup location.

If the distance exceeds 40 metres, you’ll need to hire:

12. Are your inflatables insured and safety checked?

Yes! All our inflatables come with:

  • Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.
  • Regular safety inspections as per EN14960 standards.

We also follow all regulations set by the Health & safety Executive (HSE) to ensure your safety.


13. How are your inflatables cleaned and maintained?

We take hygiene seriously. After every hire, inflatables are:

  • Thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial solutions.
  • Inspected for wear and tear to ensure they’re in top condition.

14. Can a bouncy castle be used indoors?

Yes, all our bouncy castles can be used inside as well as outside. You just need to check the height of the ceiling to ensure there is enough clearance. Our Children's castles are about 9.5 feet tall and fit inside most community centres and hire venues. Our adult castles are taller, so please verify the venue’s ceiling height before booking.


15. How long does it take to set up and pack away?

On average, it takes 30 minutes to set up or pack away an inflatable. However, this can vary depending on the size and type of the inflatable.

  • Larger packages, such as our famous Adrenaline Package, require at least 90 minutes for setup and a full safety briefing.
