Delivery
For outside hires we can only deliver on grass for the type of anchorage which we use, we will ensure we deliver before you party and collect afterwards. We will offer you a delivery time so you know what to expect. We cover a vast are so you know that we are your local bouncy castle hire company. When we deliver please make sure the hirer / someone over 18 is available to sign for the delivery. You only need to grant us access to the power supply, if you need us to supply a generator please call before making a booking.
Anchorage and security
When we hire outdoors, we use large pegs to secure the bouncy castle from tipping or moving during operation. Please ensure all outdoor hires are on grass. For obvious reasons, we cannot do this indoors so instead we will use either non slip matting, sand bags or water bags to prevent movement. We will leave no marks or mess on the hall/venue floor. All of our bouncy castles, slides and inflatables are made by British manufacturers with safety in mind. They meet the safety standards set out by BS EN14960:2019 and are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in good condition. We take safety very seriously and are members of many trade organisations such as the BIHA and TIPE which ensures we meet high industry standards for safety, quality, and service. All of our inflatables are tested regularly by PIPA (Play Inflatable Products Accreditation) and RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International) and we hold full public liability insurance.
