- How do I book the Unicorn Castle + Soft Play Package?

- Can the package be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes – the bouncy castle fits in most indoor venues with a ceiling height of 9.5ft or more, and is suitable for flat outdoor grassed areas. Ball Pools are good for indoors and Outdoors. Soft Play can only be used in total dry weather outside.
- Do you provide set-up and collection?
Yes – our experienced team delivers, sets up, and collects the equipment so you can relax and enjoy your event.
- Is the equipment safe and insured?
Absolutely. All our inflatables are safety-tested and we hold full public liability insurance. Safety mats are included where needed.
- How long do we get the equipment for?
Our standard hire is for the day - lees if in a venue. We set up in the morning and collect late afternoon – times can be confirmed during booking.
- Do you supply power and extension leads?
Yes – we supply a blower and the necessary leads (up to 40m). If power is further away, just let us know in advance.
- What happens if it rains?
The bouncy castle comes with a stitched-in shower cover for light rain. For heavy rain, indoor venues are recommended.
